Martin Dimitrov

Martin began his career in property photography after completing a BA in photographic arts. Several years working in real estate led him to qualify as a domestic energy assessor—a step that sparked a deeper interest in buildings, energy performance and compliance.

Since 2020, he has been closely involved in domestic and commercial EPCs, SAP calculations and wider property compliance work. Today, he brings that combination of creative and technical experience to The Space Method.
