Your information

The Space Method Ltd is responsible for the information you share with us through this website. For privacy questions or requests, contact martin@thespacemethod.co.uk.

Optional website analytics

If you choose “Allow analytics”, we use Google Analytics to understand visits, pages viewed, campaign sources and contact-button clicks. Google receives technical and interaction information and uses analytics cookies to distinguish visits. This does not tell us whether a phone call, email or WhatsApp enquiry was completed.

Google Analytics does not load until you allow it. Advertising personalisation is disabled. Our contact events record the type of action and page, not your enquiry text, property address or contact details. Enquiry-related URL parameters are configured for redaction in Google Analytics.

Your analytics preference is stored in your browser for up to six months. You can change it using “Analytics preferences” at the bottom of any page. Rejecting analytics stops this tracking; withdrawing consent also removes this site's accessible Google Analytics cookies. Withdrawal does not delete previously collected reports.

Google may process analytics data outside the UK. Read Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses information from partner sites.

Contacting Martin

The virtual assistant holds your draft in the current page and does not save it to our website server. If you choose WhatsApp, the draft is passed to WhatsApp so you can review and send it. Email, telephone and WhatsApp services process information under their own terms and privacy notices. We use information you send us to respond to your enquiry and provide the requested service.

Reviews and external services

The homepage embeds Google reviews through Elfsight. That widget connects to Elfsight separately from our optional Google Analytics. External services and links have their own privacy practices; the analytics preference controls Google Analytics only.
