A Display Energy Certificate shows how much energy a public building uses in operation. Unlike an asset rating, it is based on actual metered energy consumption and must be displayed where the public can see it when the statutory criteria apply.
We collect and review the required building and energy information, prepare the operational rating and provide the lodged DEC and advisory report.
